Commercial Palisade Cantilever Gate Hull

This was an 8 meter wide commercial gate installed at a new industrial estate currently being built just off National Avenue in Hull.

As a commercial site, safety and security were the priorities for this installation.

To cover all aspects of security, we fabricated this steel framed gate with palisade pails to match the existing palisade fencing which follows the perimeter of the site. In raw galvanized finish, palisade pails are a popular choice for commercial sites.

Safety is always of the upmost importance to us. With this particular installation we installed 2 x sets of photocells which detect any objects between the gates, and 3 x safety ribs. One which can be seen in the high visibility yellow on the closing edge of the gate, and 2 located in a position where should anyone become entrapped the safety ribs would engage stopping the gates immediately.
